TERMINATE FULLY DEVELOPED UNIT SALE - ENTITY

This service enables the Master, Sub-Developer or Broker to terminate the sale of a
semi-developed unit in the Economic Cities’ real estate registry.

  • Developer
  • 100 Saudi Arabian Riyals.
  • Request letter to terminate sale from the Master and/or Sub Developer, explaining the reason for cancelation.
  • Power of Attorney or a delegation letter in case of third party representative of the Previous owner.
  • National identification card for the Power of Attorney holder or delegated person.
  • Current Owner Commercial Registration.
  • Power of Attorney or delegation letter in case of third party representative of the current owner.
  • In case of a delegate, a delegation letter should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or Economic Cities Authority (ECA), as applicable.
  • Provide all original documents for verification.
  • Complete the ‘Register Fully Developed Unit Sale’ service.
  • Five working days for complete application that fulfills all terms and conditions.
  • Ownership certificate and sale registration is canceled from the real estate registry and an ownership certificate is issued to the previous owner.
