This service enables applicant or project owner (industrial/large project) to begin excavation of the site while the full working drawings for the project are still being reviewed. The scope of construction under this permit will only include excavation, dewatering, shoring and soil compaction. The applicant is not allowed to pour concrete or drive piling for the foundation under this permit or any subsequent construction activities.
