ISSUE REGISTER COVENANT

This service enables the Master and Sub-Developer to register covenant instruments in the Economic Cities’ real estate registry against one or more real estate units.

  • Developer
  • 100 Saudi Arabian Riyals.
  • Service applicant Power of Attorney or a delegation letter.
  • Service applicant national identification card for the Power of Attorney holder or delegated person.
  • Approved covenant document – by real estate department.
  • In case of a delegate, a delegation letter should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or Economic Cities Authority (ECA), as applicable.
  • Provide all original documents for verification
  • Complete the ‘Register Property’ service.
  • Three days for complete application.
  • A covenant instrument against one or more real estate units is registered in the Economic Cities’ real estate registry. The covenant’s instrument code is recorded on the backside of the ownership certificate of the unit/s.
