  • Project Rendered Perspectives.
  • Drawing Packages (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Drainage, FLS and Telecommunication).
    • Design Review Consultant:
  • Authorized Design Review Compliance Letter
  • Design workshop minutes of meeting (Concept & Detailed)
  • Authorized Design Review Compliance Letter
  • Validation and Recommendation Letter
  • Documents must be valid at the time of submitting the case (three months before expiry date).
  • Complete Service ‘Issue Building Permit’.
  • 5 working days on complete application that fulfills all terms and conditions
  • The customer can start the process of Issuing Occupancy Permit that is a main service required to safely occupy a building.
