ECZA participated in the official opening ceremony of the Mouwasat Hospital Madinah in KEC, which was attended by HRH Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Madinah Region, HRH Prince Saud bin Khalid Al Faisal, Deputy Governor of Madinah Region, and H.E. Eng. Fahad Aljalajel, Minister of Health, in addition to a number of leaders of KEC, hospital officials, and ECZA’s delegation consisting of the Secretary-General, Nabil M. Khojah, VSG for Economic City Affairs, Mazen Al Saleh, and Director General for Oversight and Performance Management, Eng. Turki Khayyat.

Mouwasat Hospital Madinah is the city’s first digital hospital, and it was established over an area of ​​55,000 m2. The hospital, with its wide range of advanced diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment, represents an additional turning point in the healthcare services provided to the residents and visitors of Madinah, as it includes 60 clinics in the outpatient department and specialized centers, in addition to inpatient care departments, diagnostic and treatment units, and intensive care units for adults, children and infants with a 70-bed capacity, ER units and ambulance services, as well as smart pharmaceutical e-services.
