ECZA has concluded its participation in a round table discussion held by The Academy for Developing Administrative Leaders, an arm of the Institute of Public Administration. Conducted in partnership with King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) under the title "Leadership in the Age of Artificial Intelligence" (AI), the round table was hosted at KAUST on October 30, 2022, targeting leaders from both the public and private sectors.

ECZA was represented by Mr. Mazen Al Saleh, VSG for EC Affairs. The round table included two sessions during which two global experts in the field of AI spoke: Mohammed Abdulaal, a founding member of KAUST, and Jason Roos, KAUST CIO.

The first session examined building capabilities for digital transformation, enhancing organizational AI and the new leadership mindset required to harness AI in the long term, while the second session dealt with how AI will help organizations progress forward, providing case studies and realistic examples of AI, as well as pinpointing organizations’ challenges and opportunities in regard to AI governance.
