The Operation and Facilities Compliance Department – Oversight and Performance Management Sector – ECZA organized the “Food Safety Awareness” training Seminar which was held at the ECZA’s Headquarter in King Abdullah Economic City on 24-25/07/2023.
55 different representatives of all food and beverage service providers in the Economic Cities participated in this training. Representatives were introduced to the different ways in which they can verify food safety, identify unhealthy practices and how to avoid them. In addition, they were briefed on the most important observations that were monitored during control tours and the mechanism for adjusting and submitting them in the electronic program for food safety, while also reviewing the best international practices for food safety. Finally, they were introduced to “Mukham” ECZA Oversight system.
