The Safety Division of ECZA’s Department of Security Affairs held two fire and rescue drills recently to ensure compliance with ECZA’s approved emergency plans.

The two drills proved successful, and a number of recommendations were made to encourage continuous improvement in future drills.

The first drill was conducted at the Volvo Trucks assembly plant in KAEC, in collaboration with the master developer’s fire & rescue teams and the Civil Defense. The second was held at KEC’s Madinah Gate project (under construction), in collaboration with Madinah Region’s Civil Defense.

By holding regular drills, ECZA aims to strengthen collaboration with security agencies to ensure readiness, cooperation, and integration in handling emergency situations quickly and effectively for maximum safety across the ECs.
