As part of its efforts to promote healthy competition amongst investors in the collective housing for individuals sector, the Economic and Special Zones Authority (ECZA) has announced Namariq Arabian Services Co. Ltd. as the winner of the Ideal Tenant Award for 2021-22.
The award comes as an extension of ECZA’s participation in the ongoing National Collective Housing for Individuals Program, in which ECZA has participated in 11 out of 22 initiatives.
Eng. Turki Khayyat, Deputy of Oversight and Performance Management at ECZA, granted the award to Mr. Hussein Fayez, Executive Manager of Namariq, during a landmark ceremony to announce the first edition of the annual award, held at the company’s office in King Abdullah Economic City. Present during the ceremony were Eng. Abdullah Abdurrahman, the Director of Health and Environment at the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, who serves as a member of the program’s board, Eng. Abdurrahman Alghamdi, Safety Expert at the Ministry and member of the program’s executive committee and Eng. Mohammed Alamoudi, Senior Director of Monitoring and Operations at ECZA.
The program, which includes 10 government agencies as members, aims to showcase and facilitate investment opportunities to partners in the group housing sector within economic cities and special zones. The program also seeks to offer incentives that maximize the quality of service for operators, helping them adhere to technical requirements and health standards issued by the governing bodies of economic cities and special zones.
