ISSUE SITE MOBILIZATION AND TEMPORARY FENCING PERMIT - COMMERCIAL PROJECT

This service enables the Economic Cities applicant or project owner (industrial/large project) to begin construction while the full working drawings for the project are still being reviewed. The scope of construction under this permit will only include site preparation and construction of the temporary perimeter fence. The applicant is not allowed to pour concrete or carry out drive piling for the foundation under this permit.

  • Prequalified Design Consultant:
  • Project Design Presentation.
  • Project Rendered Perspectives.
  • Project Site Plan Layout.
  • Design Consultant Compliance Letter.
  • Project Construction Plan.
  • Mobilization Package Transmittal Document to Authorized Reviewer.
  • Complete design package for Site Arrangement, Temporary Site Office, Project Sign Board, Temporary Fencing, Shoring Section Details, and Construction Safety Plan.
  • Design Review Consultant:
  • Concept Design Workshop Minutes of Meeting.
  • Authorized Design Review Compliance Letter.
  • Designs must conform to the approved local area plan and to the design guidelines and croquis, which are attached to the agreement between the Master Developer/owner and the investor.
  • Design packages must be submitted by a design consultant prequalified by the Economic Cities Authority.
  • Design reviews must be completed by a reviewer consultant authorized by the Economic Cities Authority.
  • Design packages must be submitted in Adobe PDF format.
  • Plot must lie within the approved local area plan.
  • Compliance certificates must be stamped and submitted in Adobe PDF format.
  • Fire and life safety forms must be stamped by an authorized consultant or an approved safety consultant.
  • Documents must be valid at the time of submitting the case (three months before expiry date).
  • Complete the service ‘Issue Investment License’.
  • Complete the real estate services ‘Register Sale or Register Lease’.
  • Fifteen working days on complete application that fulfills all terms and conditions.
  • Start the process of Issue Building Permit that is a main service required to start construction of any super structure.
