ISSUE REGISTER PROPERTY - ENTITY

This service enables the Developer to register properties in the Economic Cities’ real estate registry for the first time, showing the description of the property, its location and condition, its legitimate rights and its obligations and the amendments thereto depending – and issue an ownership certificate which entitles the developer to act and monopolize the benefits of the real estate unit.

  • 100 Saudi Arabian Riyals
  • Property croquis drawing approved by Economic Cities Authority (ECA) municipalities for completed units.
  • Plot Plan ID approved by Economic Cities Authority (ECA) municipalities for undeveloped Properties.
  • In case of a delegate, a delegation letter should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or ECA, as applicable.
  • Provide all original documents for verification.
  • Issued Power of Attorney from outside Saudi Arabia must be Attested by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • N/A
  • Three working days on complete application.
  • First ownership certificate is issued.
