  • Environmental Consent to Operate.
  • Testing and Commissioning Report for Operation Equipments.
  • Waste Management Plan or Contract.
  • Operation Manuals.
  • Staff Housing and Transportation Letter Arrangement.
  • If available, Appointment Letter for Qualified External Service Providers.
  • If available, Products Lab Test Result and Certifications.
  • Documents must be valid at the time of submitting the case (three months before expiry date).
  • Complete the service ‘Issue Occupancy Permit’.
  • 11 working days on complete application that fulfill all terms and conditions.
  • By completing this service, the customer can operate a business inside an Economic City.
