ISSUE FOUNDATION PERMIT - INDUSTRIAL PROJECT

This service enables the Economic Cities applicant to commence the scope of construction works under this permit, which will only include foundation and piling works. Other works, such as basement construction, are not allowed to commence under this permit.

  • Appointment letter of Project Parties.
  • Contractor’s all risk insurance policy.
    • Prequalified Design Consultant:
  • Project Foundation Plan Layout.
  • Foundation Package Transmittal Document to Authorized Reviewer.
  • Design Consultant Compliance Letter.
  • Complete design package for Foundation, Structural System, Columns and Sheer Wall, and Loads Calculation.
  • If available, complete design package for Towers Crane Installation and Location, and Piling Detail.
  • If available Design Criteria of Structural System.
    • Design Review Consultant:
  • Concept Design Workshop Minutes of Meeting.
  • Authorized Design Review Compliance Letter.
  • Designs must conform to the approved local area plan and to the design guidelines and croquis, which are attached to the agreement between the Master Developer/owner and the investor.
  • Design packages must be submitted by a prequalified design consultant from the Economic Cities Authority.
  • Design reviews must be completed by an authorized design review consultant from the Economic Cities Authority.
  • Design packages must be submitted in Adobe PDF format.
  • Compliance letters must be stamped and submitted in Adobe PDF format.
  • Fire and safety design packages must be stamped by an authorized consultant or an authorized safety consultant.
  • Documents must be valid at the time of submitting the case (three months before expiry date).
  • Complete the service ‘Issue Investment License’.
  • Complete the real estate service ‘Register Sale or Register Lease’.
  • 10 working days on complete application that fulfills all terms and conditions.
  • Customers can start the process of Issue Building Permit that is a main service required to start construction Inside an Economic City.
