ISSUE EXCAVATION AND BACKFILLING PERMIT - INDUSTRIAL PROJECT

This service enables the Economic Cities applicant or project owner (industrial/large project) to begin excavation of the site while the full working drawings for the project are still being reviewed. The scope of construction under this permit will only include excavation, dewatering, shoring and soil compaction. The applicant is not allowed to pour concrete or drive piling for the foundation under this permit or any subsequent construction activities.

  • Contractor’s all risk insurance policy.
    • Prequalified Design Consultant:
  • Project Excavation and Fill Plan Layout.
  • Soil Investigation Report.
  • Foundation Package Transmittal Document to Authorized Reviewer.
  • Design Consultant Compliance Letter.
  • Complete design package for Excavation, Shoring Details and Calculation, and Backfilling Details.
    • Design Review Consultant:
  • Concept Design Workshop Minutes of Meeting.
  • Authorized Design Review Compliance Letter.
  • Designs must conform to the approved local area plan and to the design guidelines and croquis, which are attached to the agreement between the Master Developer/owner and the investor.
  • Design packages must be submitted by a prequalified design consultant from the Economic Cities Authority.
  • Design reviews must be completed by an authorized design reviewer consultant from the Economic Cities Authority.
  • Design packages must be submitted in stamped Adobe PDF format.
  • Compliance letters must be stamped and submitted in Adobe PDF format.
  • Fire and life safety design packages must be stamped by an authorized consultant or an approved safety consultant and a design reviewer consultant.
  • Documents must be valid at the time of submitting the case (three months before expiry date).
  • Complete the service ‘Issue Investment License’.
  • Complete the real estate service ‘Register Sale or Register Lease’.
  • 10 working days on complete application that fulfills all terms and conditions.
  • Customers can start the process of Issue Building Permit that is a main service required to start construction Inside an Economic City.
